Shipping Policy
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two stages:

Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, it will be reviewed, approved, and packed. Then the package is prepared for shipment. -
Shipping time
Canada: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by Canada Post.
All shipping times exclude any possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, delivery may take longer.
What does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
Where is my package?
After the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple separate parcels.
My tracking number doesn’t work
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update. If the tracking still shows no information after a few days, you may contact customer service.
